What LeadsPitch is, how it works, and who it's built for.
What is LeadsPitch?
LeadsPitch is a business data platform. We deliver verified, industry-specific business datasets through monthly subscriptions or one-time purchases. No software to learn, no credits to manage.
You choose an industry and a plan on our Bundles page. Subscribe for monthly delivery or buy a single dataset. There's no software to log into or dashboard to search.
LeadsPitch is built for agency owners running outbound for clients, founders doing their own outreach, freelance recruiters, and small sales teams who want reliable business data without operating a full prospecting platform.
Apollo and ZoomInfo are software platforms with searchable dashboards and credit-based pricing. LeadsPitch doesn't require you to search for data or manage credits. You receive a finished dataset on a schedule instead of building one yourself inside a tool.
Business data goes stale quickly. People change roles, companies close, and contact details age. A subscription means you get a fresh dataset on a regular schedule. If you only need data once, a one-time purchase is also available.

Monthly Subscriptions
How subscriptions work, what you receive, and how to manage your plan.
You'll get access to your first dataset based on the industry you selected. Future datasets arrive automatically on your billing schedule. There's nothing else to configure.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to that period's dataset. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Billing stops, and you won't receive further datasets after your current billing period ends. Your subscription won't renew again unless you resubscribe.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account, and the change will apply going forward.
Yes. You can subscribe to more than one industry at the same time, or purchase one-time datasets across multiple verticals.
No. Each subscription delivers a full dataset for the industry and plan you're on. There isn't a credit balance that carries over between months.

How one-time purchases work and how they differ from subscriptions.
What is a one-time dataset purchase?
A one-time purchase gives you a single dataset for a specific industry. It's a one-shot delivery with no recurring billing. If you need fresh data later, you can purchase again.
A subscription delivers a new dataset every billing period. A one-time purchase delivers a single dataset. Subscriptions include automatic renewals; one-time purchases don't.
Yes. You can purchase the same industry dataset again at any time. Each purchase reflects the most current data available at that point.

Datasets & Data Quality
What's included in a dataset, how we verify records, and where the data comes from.
Depending on the industry and plan, a dataset may include verified business email addresses, phone numbers, company name, owner or decision-maker name, job title, website, city, state, country, industry classification, company size, and LinkedIn company profile, where available. Not every field is available for every record.
What does "verified" mean?
It means each record is checked before delivery to confirm the information is accurate and current. Where a specific detail can't be reasonably confirmed, we leave that field blank rather than include something we're not confident about.
How often is data refreshed?
Every LeadsPitch plan includes a new dataset delivered monthly. You're not working from a single list that ages every time you use it.
We verify records before delivery, but no business dataset is ever 100% complete or error-free. Contact details change constantly. If you find a record that's inaccurate, let us know so we can look into it.
LeadsPitch datasets are compiled from publicly available and licensed sources related to business and professional activity. Each industry dataset is built specifically for that industry rather than filtered from one large, general database. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
LeadsPitch currently offers datasets across 19+ industries including Healthcare, Legal, Real Estate, Ecommerce, SaaS, B2B Companies, and more. Each dataset is built specifically for its industry. See the Industries page for details on each.
We expect to add industries over time. We'll announce new industries when they're actually available rather than promising a specific timeline in advance.

How your dataset arrives, what formats are available, and timing details.
Your dataset is delivered directly to your inbox on your billing schedule. There's no dashboard to log into to retrieve it.
Datasets are provided in common, easy-to-use file formats so you can open them in a spreadsheet or import them into a CRM without extra steps.
Your first dataset arrives shortly after you place your order. Subscribers receive follow-up datasets on their billing schedule. One-time purchases receive a single delivery. Exact timing can vary slightly.

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. One-time purchases do not renew. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Yes. If you need an invoice for your records, contact us and we'll provide one.
Every option is one flat price with no credits or per-record charges. Pricing varies by industry and whether you choose a subscription or one-time purchase. See the Industries page for current rates.

Refund Policy
When refunds apply, how to request one, and what to expect.
What is the refund policy?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a dataset has been delivered for that billing period. One-time purchases follow the same policy. Exceptions apply for duplicate charges, billing errors, or failed deliveries. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
If you don't receive your dataset for a billing period you were charged for, contact us. We'll investigate and either redeliver the dataset or issue a refund for that period.
Use our Contact page with your account details and a description of the issue. We'll review your request individually.

Privacy & Compliance
Legality, data handling, GDPR, CCPA, and how to request removal.
Is buying business data legal?
Yes, buying business data is legal in most jurisdictions when the provider sources and handles data responsibly. It's your responsibility to make sure how you use that data, including outreach and marketing, complies with laws that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CCPA depending on where you and your recipients are located.
We describe how we collect, use, and share information in our Privacy Policy, including sections specific to GDPR and CCPA. If you have rights under either regulation, you can exercise them by contacting us directly.
Anyone whose business contact information appears in a LeadsPitch dataset can request removal by contacting us. We apply approved removal requests to future datasets going forward.
Information about you as a website visitor or customer, like your name, email, and billing details, is handled separately from the business datasets we sell. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

We respond to support requests as quickly as we reasonably can. We don't want to promise a specific response time we might not consistently meet.

We're always looking at ways to improve. When something new is ready, we'll explain it plainly on the website.
Plans and pricing may evolve as we add industries or offerings. Current subscribers would be notified of any changes affecting an active subscription before they take effect, as described in our Terms of Service.
Yes. Subscriptions are a core part of what LeadsPitch does. Any future products would be additional ways to access business data, not a replacement for subscriptions.
